Rusty Gwyn
Starting at GM Diecron in 2000 after graduating with a Marketing and Management degree, Rusty quickly rose through the ranks from entry-level tasks to leading the grinding department and later moving into sales and business development. By 2012, he took the helm of the company, driving innovation with automated machining and process standardization, alongside enjoying family time on his farm.

Richard Winstead
Richard retired from active-duty military service after more than 21 years of combined service in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy. During his time in the U.S. Navy, Richard served as a Naval Flight Officer flying the EA-6B and EA-18G. Richard is a proud alumnus of the University of Alabama, where he received both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Master’s in Business Administration degrees.
A Legacy of Precision and Growth
Since its inception in 1977 by Sonny Gwyn, GM Diecron has evolved, achieving key certifications like FAA 145 and AS9100, and expanding its capabilities with advanced machinery in 2011 and automation in 2019, leading to its acquisition by LAI International in 2022.
