Starting at GM Diecron in 2003, Codi Chapman quickly rose through the ranks from entry-level tasks to overseeing company operations. In 2024, with over 20 years of experience she took the helm as General Manager. Codi has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and driving efficiency with the use of automated CNC technologies. GMD continues to thrive with a collaborative environment of a small company making significant strides in the industry due to the team-focused work culture. Recently, GM Diecron has taken a major step toward sustainability by implementing solar energy, reflecting the company’s commitment to both innovation and environmental responsibility.

GMD proudly operates two specialized facilities—our Griffin, GA, and Brooksville, FL sites—to effectively meet our customers’ diverse needs. Griffin’s center of excellence is 5-axis milling assembly, while Brooksville’s center of excellence is precision turning.
